Problem
Unable to update webmail signature using Safari.
Solution
Signature can be updated using Firefox or Chrome, both available through remote.royalroads.ca.
- Sign-in to remote.royalroads.ca
- Launch Firefox or Chrome.
- Select See All Options.
- Select Settings.
- Select Automatically include my signature in messages I send.
- Select Save.
Some RRU staff and students are setup on the Outlook 2010 server. Safari on a Mac is not able to edit the signature on some of these accounts. Firefox and Chrome seems to have no issues. |
