The licensing problem with NVivo has been resolved! NVivo version 14 should be working for everyone who has a license!
If you are still experiencing a problem with NVivo, please submit a ticket.

We are currently having issues with our new subscription of NVivo licenses. The new license is not currently working with the versions of NVivo we currently have and that new users are instructed download and install in the “Start Using NVivo now” email from “Team NVivo”.
