We are still investigating the cause of items being deleted from OneDrive.

To restore missing items from your OneDrive, please follow these instructions:

• Log into OneDrive online - https://royalroadsca-my.sharepoint.com/

• Go into the "Recycle bin" folder in the upper left

• Select all the files that were deleted today

• Click Restore

Missing Icons and Programs on Staff Computers

On January 12, Microsoft experienced an issue with OneDrive that has caused desktop and taskbar icons to go missing. This affected staff computers that rebooted during the morning hours on January 12. Since an update to Microsoft occurred around the same time, many people were missing the icons, and might still be missing them.

If you are just logging into you computer and are missing the icons, please see this page to recreate your Office icons or to restore the missing OneDrive files.
